This 10 minute video puts the spotlight on very questionable business practices when Southern Oregon University, a public university, allows Town and Country Chevrolet (owned by the Ashland City Mayor) to take over the center of campus on Leap Day, 2000. Many consider this a Leap Event that screams for explanation as it questions business-public partnerships.
