No New Nuke Factories! Abide by the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty

Presentation and Letter Writing Event to stop new nuclear weapons production at Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
From the Oak Ridge Environmental Peace Alliance (OREPA) comes the annoucement that the National Nuclear Security Administration has announced plans to build a new nuclear weapons production plant at Oak Ridge, Tennessee. If built, this plant would be in viloation of the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty. OREPA writes, "If we remain silent, we are giving our approval to a new nuclear arms race, an enduring nuclear arsenal, and a nuclear shadow over generations to come. Do the one thing you can do for your children an hall the world's children: speak for peace. You do not have to be an expert, you just have to speak from the heart. This is a message: No New Bomb Plants! Spend the billions on building a stronger society, where everyone has food, shelter, health care , and the prospect of a living-wage job. Lead the world to true security.
