It was back on October 24, 2003 when we were treated to a rare local appearance by nationally syndicated columnist Molly Ivins. At the time it was exclaimed as "the largest gathering of like-minded people in Southern Oregon in years."
Watch this television show and see why 2300 people filled the Medford armory to hear one of the nation's wittiest and best-known political pundits. Listen how Molly crafts humor into her presentation in speaking truth to power. Texan Molly had her eye on George W. Bush since before he was governor.
We lost Molly Ivins earlier this year when on January 31, 2007 she succumbed to breast cancer which had first been diagnosed in 1999. It is with great tribute that this television program is now made available via RVTV on the fourth anniversary of Molly Ivins' visit to Southern Oregon.

Molly Ivins is introduced by Jeff Golden and her visit to Southern Oregon was presented as a fundraiser by Peace House with publicity support from Citizens for Peace and Justice.
