September's Rally for Peace was not the largest of CP&J's regular monthly gatherings, but gather we did. Standing up for peace to end the illegal IRAQ war is a worthy cause whether participants number 100,000 or 10! On 9/22/07 from Noon - 1 pm folks joined forces at Riverside & Barnett in Medford, Oregon to Rally for Peace and to Protest the Illegal Bush Iraq War.

Citizens for Peace and Justice is a group of people who came together in Medford, Oregon, in March 2003 as a result of our concern over the pending US invasion of Iraq and our desire to respond to this in a meaningful way. Peace House of Ashland helped bring us together to form a group. Our members live and/or work in Medford and outlying areas of Jackson County, and the organization is open to all who wish to join us. We are not affiliated with any religious denomination or political party.
