Sorry for the late notice, but I wanted to let you know that the Medford City Council will discuss the WalMart remand at their noon session on Thursday.
If you are able to show up and let the council know that you still care about this issue, I think that would boost our case.
We hope that the current council will have the courage to address the need for a traffic study.
Just to bring you up to speed, the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals upheld our appeal and told the Medford City Council to allow us to testify on this issue.
