Odds are that Operation Noble Resolve will not be another 9/11. Perhaps merely one in six. DHS agenda is worldwide radiation inspections of cargo containers bound for US ports. A nuclear explosion in the port of Portland would guarantee funding for DHS.
Our city is the center point of a terror drill which could go live. The Department of Homeland Security has an agenda of worldwide radioactivity inspections of cargo containers bound for the United States. link to news.yahoo.com
The detonation of a nuclear device coming into our port would justify funding the worldwide inspection.
It still may not be likely that Portland will be decimated by a nuclear explosion next month. Let's limit the odds to just one in six, like Russian roulette.
Please contact local officials expressing opposition to terror drills in Portland. You can also discuss this with your friends and anyone who will listen. We can try wearing a small paper sign on our shirts "Ask my about false flag terrorism" or "No to Noble Resolve."

TERROR DRILLS COMING TO PORTLAND
Operation Noble Resolve is a mock terrorist military exercise coming to Portland in August. Operation TOPOFF is another drill scheduled in October for our peace loving city. (1)
Who should be concerned? Everybody. Why? Actual events blamed on terrorists have always occurred during such exercises. Ever wonder why NORAD failed to shoot down the hijacked aircraft on 9/11? The people who are paid to protect our skies were busy with five war game exercises that day. (2)

• National Reconnaissance Office "plane into building" exercise on 9/11
Terror drills do not make us safer. They increase the risk of a drill going "live". Operation Noble Resolve includes the simulation of a nuclear device being detonated in Portland. If you are concerned for the safety of our city, please contact local officials and tell them we don't want terror drills in Portland!
