The Frenzy of Forest Service Lies Continues...
Lying, like old-growth logging, can be addictive.
To whit:
Pam sez: "protesters threw rocks."
Truth is: no rocks were ever thrown. No logger, cop, or protester will testify in Pam's support. Purgory is a serious crime.
Pam sez: "home kids camp at the protests to get food."
Truth is: there's lots of easier ways to get food than sitting in a tree or blocking a road. People of all ages and all walks of life are standing up to the Forest Service old-growth logging.
Pam sez: "Fiddler was a legal timber sale."
Truth is: the botanical area got wacked.
And now the latestest regarding Home Page in a letter to the Forest Supervisor,
Pam sez "No appeals were received on this decision."
Truth is, KS Wild AND the Siskiyou Project both appealed the decision to log the old-growth.
And ya wonder why folks don't trust the Forest Service...
